LOCAL PICK UP

We offer customers the convenience of placing online orders for in-store collection at our farm shop during our standard opening hours. Simply select the 'Local Pick Up' option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email or phone. You can then collect it from our farm shop at 315 Patemans Lane, Murrumbateman NSW.

POSTAGE

Blackwattle sends all outgoing parcels with Australia Post. On dispatch from Blackwattle, you will receive an email with the tracking information specific to your parcel, so that you may follow the delivery progress online via Australia Post's tracking website.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post Parcel Post at a flat rate of AUD $10.00 per order.

Orders with a value of over AUD $200.00* are eligible to select "Free Standard Postage" at checkout.

An optional upgrade to Australia Post Express Post is available on domestic orders. This service is quoted at checkout, based on the size and weight of the total order/package and its destination address.

Please note, Express Post refers to the delivery service level provided by Australia Post. It does not mean that your order will leave our farm on the same day you place your order.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Free shipping on orders over $200 excludes oversized items. * Oversized items such as wheels, looms, swifts etc have a note on their product page specifically advising they do not qualify for free postage. Postage on oversized items will be calculated and charged separately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are delivered via economy mail, standard parcel post and express parcel post, where available.

International postage is automatically calculated and quoted at checkout based on the size and weight of the total order/package and its destination address.
