Important Update from Blackwattle Yarn & Fibre

After 10 wonderful years, we’re closing down our hand dyed yarn business. Hand-dyeing yarn has been such a joy and a huge part of me, but the physical toll has caught up with me, and it’s time to step back and close this chapter. Thank you for your loyalty and support over the last 10 years, it has meant so much to me and on behalf of my wonderful team I thank you all!

We’re so thankful for the incredible support you’ve given us over the years. Your encouragement, kindness, and love of our yarn have meant the world, and we’re truly grateful to have shared this journey with you.

Continuing the Blackwattle Legacy

I’m so pleased to share that The House Dye Yarns, from Skein Machine, has officially taken on the role of caretaker for the entire range of Blackwattle Yarn’s Original Colours.

With my full support and blessing, Jamo has undertaken training to faithfully reproduce all of the official Blackwattle colourways. His dedication to quality and artistry ensures that these much-loved colours will continue to be available for years to come.

It brings me great joy to see the Blackwattle dyeing legacy carried forward in such capable and creative hands. I know that Jamo and the Skein Machine team will look after your yarn and crafting needs with the same care and passion that have always been at the heart of Blackwattle.
