Returns and Exchanges
Colour variations exist throughout our yarn and fibre due to the hand dyeing process. We take the greatest care in ensuring the yarn and fibre colours depicted on our online shop are as close to the actual colour as possible, however variations will exist. Note: computer screens may distort colours.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase please contact us to discuss exchange or refund process.
Yarn and fibre in its original condition may be returned, for up to 30 days for a refund or exchange, and must be accompanied with a receipt or payment confirmation. Yarn that has been wound into a ball or used cannot be returned. Shipping/postal charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Buyers are also responsible for the shipping/postal charges for refunded or exchanged yarn and fibre. We refund by the method paid. Please note it may take 1-2 weeks to process returns.
Unfortunately we cannot expect refunds for custom or personalised orders and patterns.
