PATTERN ACCESS: The pattern for this test will be sent to you by email from
SPOTS AVAILABLE:  3 (Three) – 2 as single skein projects and 1 using two skeins (same pattern but double the length)
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:  Approximately 24cm high and 66cm circumference.
GAUGE:  18 stitches = 10 cm over the pattern. Please note: that being a cowl, correct gauge is not essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED:  Basic knitting stitches only.
CONSTRUCTION TYPE:  Knitted in the round.
REQUIRED YARN:  Blackwattle will supply either 1 or 2 skeins of our hand dyed DK yarn for this test knit.
TOOLS REQUIRED:  3.5mm x 50cm (or 40cm) circular needle and one stitch marker.
OWNERSHIP OF FINISHED ITEM(S):  Blackwattle will supply enough yarn for each tester to knit two cowls. One completed cowl will be required to be returned to us (to be used for photographs and advertising). The other can be kept. We will supply an express post mail bag with the kits to be used for the return of the finished cowl.
REQUIREMENTS FROM THE MAKER:  • Communicate via return email to any errors in the pattern or feedback regarding clarity of instructions.
• Completion and return of one cowl by the above stated deadline.
